Jean-Philippe Paquin, President

Jean-Philippe Paquin has always been involved in the automotive industry, working for a family-operated dealership before turning to Internet solutions. He founded Autolinq in 1995, back when the Internet was taking its first baby steps. Autolinq later became Xprima Corporation, which today encompasses both Auto123.com and EVOLIO. Convinced that car shopping should be a simple and pleasant experience for both dealer and client, he created – with and for the dealers – the first groundbreaking tools and programs that became the foundations of EVOLIO’s integrated marketing strategy.

His deep passion for the industry led him to single-handedly create an initial business network of 300 dealerships. It was then that he gathered a solid team of experts behind him to continue the expansion. To this day, he actively works at establishing strategic alliances and key partnerships with renowned specialists, helping Canadian dealerships, manufacturers, and clients build rewarding relationships.

Stefan Fiore, Vice-President of Sales

Having joined the ranks of EVOLIO as Vice President of Sales since 2000, Stefan is an integral part of our team. An experienced professional in the field of interactive marketing for the Canadian market, he has met with hundreds of dealers across the country and heads various major projects with both clients and partners. With his positive outlook and impressive communication skills, Stefan unflaggingly draws out the best from our sales team.

Kyell Vyncke, Vice-President of Business Development & Operations

As Vice President of Business Development & Operations, Kyell is responsible for activities related to strategic planning, management and business development, alliances and new business initiatives. With his solid experience gained working for multinational companies like Seagram and automotive industry leader General Motors, where he worked in sales, marketing and business management, as well from management consulting undertaken both here and abroad, Kyell has developed an expertise in Growth Strategies and Marketing. Kyell Vyncke holds an MBA from NYIT in collaboration with Columbia Business School, Stanford University and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, as well as a BA in Finance and International Management from HEC Montreal.

Martin Gendron, Vice-President Media

With over 17 years experience in sales and marketing, including 12 years in interactive marketing, Martin joined Auto123.com in 2007 as National Sales Manager. He now supervises all activities of the Auto123 division. As part of his functions, Martin is responsible for maximizing advertising sales (nationally and at dealership level), and provides support to the editorial team, in terms of both technical content and text and multi-media content as part of their original content-creation projects, with an overall emphasis on maximizing growth in the numbers of visitors to our sites.

Isabel Belanger, Vice-President of Human Resources

Holder of a B.A. degree in industrial relations from Laval University, Mrs. Bélanger benefits from over 12 years of experience in human resources management in the technological field. Since her arrival in 2007, Mrs. Bélanger favours a participatory management style as well as an approach oriented towards growth and employee development, all while encouraging greater individual responsibility. Having participated in the founding of several companies, she quickly learned to involve herself directly in the whole of a business’s operations. Mrs. Bélanger is also a member of the “Ordre des conseillers en relations industrielles agrées du Québec”.
